Shopping and changing of guards
On Wednesday we had no plans so after another huge breakfast we headed off by bus to shopping area on oxford street. London is so full of people!! It is beginning to send me a bit cooky.
After browsing for a while we headed off to see the changing of the guards at Buckingham Palace. Obviously there were masses of people there too but we managed to catch glimpses of the guards and heard the brass bands.
A freezing cold day yesterday with no sunshine so we decided to spend some time in Harrods. What an amazing store - bit nerve wracking taking the kids through the crystal section!
A better place for the kids was Hamleys toy emporium - a 250 yr old toy store, 5 floors. Fun and crazy.
Nice quiet dinner again thanks to marks & spencers!
Sounds like we did not do much this day but it is really tiring just getting through all the crowds, buses and tubes. It is all fun and exciting and part of the experience but I would not like to live like this every day.

We are having a touch of French Culture here as Brad has spent all day cooking Beef Bourguignon from the cookbook "Mastering the art of French Cooking" by Julia Childs and I just can't wait to get home from zumba and get into it!! Mmmm! Luv ya all Julie xxxx
